  • 1/2 tsp Yakon syrup (natural sweetener)
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate shavings

Directions:

Place 6 ice cubes into martini shaker, add Kahlua and Vodka. Whisk matcha with 1 ounce cold water and add to shaker. Add natural sweetener, then shake and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with chocolate shavings.

Cooks' note:
Optional: rimming the martini glass with finely chopped dark chocolate instead of using the shavings.

Ahhh choo!! This 'kasutera bug' has been spreading all over the food blogosphere recently. I just saw Zoe had it yesterday and now the bug is attacking me again.
