  • 2 big Onion
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 10 Garlic Finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • leaves Coriander To Garnish
  • Oil For Seasoning
  • Salt To Taste

Directions:

Heat a kadai or pan with oil and add chopped onion and fry till it becomes transparent.

Then add chopped green chillies, chopped garlic and fry well.

Then add finely chopped paneer or grated one and stir well.

Fry for 2 minutes by covering a pan and no need to add water.

Don't cook too much ,it will make paneer a rubber form.

Now add black pepper powder and salt.

Give a stir and garnish with coriander leaves.

Paneer Bhurji is ready to serve with chapathi,roti, Naan or stuffed with chapathi and try. Simply awesome taste.
