Original Recipe Yield: 8 servings (8 sm ramekins)
 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tub cool whip (lite, 1/2 fat, regular, your choice)
  • 2 containers yogurt (Greek, whipped, again your choice)
  • fresh or frozen fruit (blueberries, strawberries, peaches, bananas)
  • graham cracker crumbs (or 1 9' graham cracker pie crust)

Directions:

Thaw cool whip topping place in large mixing bowl along with yogurts and fresh fruit.

Blend all ingredients together.

Spoon entire mixture into graham cracker pie crust (if using)

OR/ place a tsp. graham cracker crumbs into a small ramekin.

Spoon yogurt mixture over the top.

Garnish with fresh fruit if desired (ie.fresh peaches if using peach yogurt)

Freeze for about 2-3 hours.

Remove from freezer 1/2 hour before service.
